Batch 57
For batch 57 we have a mini drop of ~800 skeins! This week we ran our first every collaboration drop with the Gilded Loop Crochet! As a part of this collaboration, we gave Matt and his audience the opportunity to pick the colors for their own custom colorway, now named Gilded Sunset. If you want to watch that video, click here. Matt then chose 4 other colorways that he thought would all be complimentary together, thus building The Gilded Loop Crochet Collection. As a thank you to Matt and his audience, we allowed subscribers of the Gilded Loop Crochet to preorder on Wednesday.
This is the first of four collaborations we will be running this year. Two of them will be with other YouTubers that you may or may not already know, and one of them will be with a growing band!
We have three goals for these collaborations:
- First, to have fun. There are so many wonderful content creators out there and its just fun to connect. Matt is truly such a joyful person and so easy to work with. If you haven't checked out his channel yet, search Gilded Loop Crochet on YouTube
- Second is to help other content creators. Growing a YouTube channel is a lot of work, and collaborations like these can help fuel that growth!
- Third is to give more makers the opportunity to try our yarn.
Below we have the breakdown of what colorways will be available this Sunday at drop. We have ~800 skeins available, in various weights. Thank you all so much for shopping with us and supporting us! We will be increasing our weekly batch size to 1,750 next week, so going forward, we will have even more DK weight available to make room for our growing community!
